Lemon Balm Elixir

How can you not love Lemon Balm?!

This single-plant extract of organically-grown lemonbalm is wonderful for easing a wide variety of ailments. It's a bright, soothing and uplifting elixir for supporting a good mood and easing anxieties. A lovely nervine to help relieve stress, tension headaches & general restlessness.

This is a very generous plant, offering multiple harvests throughout the season. It is a member of the mint family and is happy to grow just about anywhere.

Anti-anxiety, anti-viral, antioxidant, diaphoretic, carminative, antispasmodic, sedative,  antidepressant, nervine. It can help relieve headaches and migraines through its vasodilation properties that ease tension. It's strong anti-viral properties can be helpful for dealing with cold sores and herpes.

Ingredients: Alcohol Extract of Lemonbalm (Melissa officinalis) & Raw Honey

Size: 1 or 2 oz Tincture Bottle with Dropper

Recommended Use: 1-2 dropper fulls as needed, up to 4x a day
